I am a seasoned leader in the banking compliance space. I am a generalist - a strategic IT BRM, a process expert and a culture sense-maker. Having honed my craft on the job through various roles with corporates for 18 years, I founded a RegTech startup. My solution is entirely out of the box that solves the challenges global banks with diverse lines of businesses have, in complying with regulations. I understand the problems of fragmentation and silos in the banks and thus address the difficulties caused by them in meeting the goals in Regulatory Change Management, AML, Credit Risk decisions, Regulatory Reporting,  Policy Development, Control Testing & Compliance Advisory among others. My deeper understanding of organisational culture and resistance to change led me to design this massive change thru movement, not mandate. I integrate & automate finance, risk and compliance into a single application across the bank and its geographies. It is a mobile, cloud-based, CRM+BPM application that is used for all day to day activities resulting in Compliance by Design. This application is built on a third party cloud-based mobile platform from a leading global business software company. It breaks down silos and allows high data quality. With this higher quality of data available, I apply data science using Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to solve the challenges in AML & Credit Risk decisions. I am also a data scientist.
